Q - Where is my order?
A - Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can follow your tracking number to see the status of your order. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Q - Are sold out items coming back?
A - We care a lot of exclusivity, so we create limited quantities of every model, ones that said, some times in a collection we run out of a product temporary, so you can always contact us to ask about the product.

Q - What if I need to change or cancel my order?
A - Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Q - Can I exchange a garment for a different size?
A - You can always exchange for an other size or an other product at our store in Brickell City Centre (Miami, FL) withing the 30 first days of the purchase. Unfortunately, we can't support exchanges online at this time.  We recommend placing a new order and returning the other item.

Q - How can I return my order?
A - You can visit this link to view our return policy. Items purchased as "SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions.

Q - Do you have any offline store?
A - Yes, at Brickell City Centre (Miami) We will be opening new brick & mortar stores, so keep tuned.

Q - What are you doing to be socially responsible?
A - We care about our team and about how we do things, so Etxart & Panno is Made in Spain, so we can follow the confection process, we know the places every single piece has been made, usually we have been collaborating with them since a long time ago, we know they care about their teams as we do with our and we make sure everybody cares about what they do and how they do it.
